Executive Communications Manager

We develop our own products in a social network/lifestyle. Our products operate primarily in Tier-1 markets, such as the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia and are in the Top 5 App Store rankings in their categories.

Your tasks will be:

• oversight and day-to-day management of C- level blog and social media channels – including developing ‘social media tone of voice’ and driving follower growth and engagement;
• development and refinement of C-level’s tone of voice and thought leadership areas, including how these relate to the product brand and specific areas such as gender and equality;
• support of relevant C-level's travels to help with content capture and preparing remarks, as well as real-time social media posts;
• arrange and flesh out talking points for press visits, interviews, appointments, and press conferences;
• securing interviews for C-level and maintaining a positive relationship with the press;
• writing and releasing press releases;
• conduct competitive analysis. Understand and apply trends and play patterns.

What we expect from you:

• knowledge of English - Advanced;
• bachelor’s degree preferred: Marketing or PR;
• interest in developing in the dating industry;
• must have 2 years of relevant Marketing, Brand Management experience;
• strong written and verbal communication skills;
• highly organized and efficient;
• ability to thrive in a high-pressure and time-sensitive environment. Easily adapt to shifts in priorities;
• ability to work effectively across different teams, departments, and third parties;
• experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is required.

Will be a plus:

• previous experience in SMM;
• previous experience in PR.
