Job Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming queries.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way (24/7 service).
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Gather customer feedback and analyze customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of English is a must.
- Top-notch written and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Will be considered a plus:
- Experience in customer service.
