Sales Agent – Company Formation & Bank Account Opening Services

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive customer acquisition for our company formation and bank account opening services, primarily through online interactions, with occasional in-person networking at industry conferences. This role requires someone who is customer-focused, highly motivated, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Actively generate and pursue sales leads through online channels, emails, calls, and social media platforms.
- Identify client needs and match them with appropriate service offerings, ensuring a personalized customer experience.
- Provide information on our company formation and bank account services, answering client questions, and guiding them through the application process.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by following up with leads and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Attend industry conferences and events as required to network, generate leads, and represent our brand in person.
- Work with the marketing team to align on lead-generation strategies and follow up on leads generated through campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest company formation and banking regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial, legal, or corporate services.
- Strong understanding of company formation processes, banking services, or similar industries.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients confidently.
- Ability to work independently, be proactive, and manage multiple leads and tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to attend conferences or events.
- High proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of CRM software, email outreach tools, and online sales platforms.
- Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in company formation, banking, or financial services is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and international business setup.
- Ability to adapt to different client needs and provide customized solutions.
