Procurement Specialist

Philip Morris Ukraine, on behalf of its Partner, is looking for a Procurement Specialist who will perform purchasing activities and contracting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage low and medium complexity projects for supplier selection in accordance with company policies.
• Support strategic procurement projects (writing protocols, collecting documents).
• Collect and analyze commercial offers (through the Customer's system).
• Negotiate with suppliers.
• Execute contracts maintenance (through the system and compliance with all norms/policies).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education.
• 1+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
• Language skills: English – intermediate, Ukrainian – native.
• Basic negotiation experience.
• Consumer / internal customer oriented approach.
• Proficient computer skills and attention to details (esp. MS Excel, experience with various systems is a plus).
