Why is this role important?

The Senior Accountant is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely and appropriate financial accounting and reporting in accordance with corporate policies, local regulations and reporting deadlines. This role includes supporting month-end and year-end closes, statutory reporting, taxation and internal controls, as well as providing analytical insights and clear explanations of financial results. Acting as a trusted business partner, the Senior Accountant collaborates with various departments, drives process improvements, supports audit and regulatory compliance requirements, and helps strengthen team capacity and financial management.

Your responsibilities

• Working with documents from suppliers. Inventory of goods/works/services and formation of reserves, reconciliation reports.

• Maintaining tax credit in Medoc and SAP in compliance with tax legislation requirements 

• Reports on the use of funds / electronic money issued for business trips or for reporting      

 • Participation in closing the reporting period in accordance with internal schedules

• Participation in the preparation of annual and quarterly reports, as well as necessary documentation for auditors 

• Processing additional requests from the immediate supervisor

What you must have

• 3-7 years of experience in finance and accounting with a steadily increasing level of responsibility

• Average level of English proficiency

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance or accounting or professional certification in accounting

• SAP knowledge is considered an advantage

Why This Role Matters

The Senior Accounting Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial accounting and reporting in line with corporate policies, local regulations, and reporting deadlines. The role supports month-end and year-end close, statutory reporting, taxation, and internal control activities, while providing analytical insights and clear explanations of financial results. Acting as a trusted business partner, the Senior Accounting Specialist collaborates cross-functionally, contributes to process improvements, supports audit and compliance requirements, and helps strengthen team capability and financial governance.

What You'll Do

• Manage accounts payable process and post vendor invoices

• Manage input VAT process in Medoc and SAP and support compliance with local tax legislation and authorities (VAT & Corporate Tax)

• Check and post T&E reports

• Cooperate with the accounting manager to prepare the month-end financial information and within the corporate deals    

• Support annual and quarterly financial statements preparation as well as required documentation for auditors

• Handling additional requests from the direct manager

What You'll Bring

• 3-7 years of experience relevant to finance and accounting with continuously increased responsibility

• Intermediate proficiency in English

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or accounting or professional accounting certification

• SAP knowledge is considered a plus
