What You’ll Do
You’ll lead marketing as a core growth engine of the company:
- Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to position the product as a leading platform in its niche
- Own product marketing, brand strategy, and value proposition development
- Drive user acquisition across multiple channels: SEO, PPC, paid social, influencer and affiliate marketing
- Optimize performance campaigns to maximize ROI and scalable growth
- Build and implement CRM and retention strategies to increase LTV
- Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and feedback to continuously improve product experience
- Partner closely with Product, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives
- Lead and scale the marketing function, including team development and processes
- Build and nurture engaged user communities and brand presence
What We’re Looking For
Must-have:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with strong expertise in product & performance marketing
- Proven success in user acquisition, retention, and growth strategies
- Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, paid social, email, and content marketing
- Strong understanding of data-driven decision making and analytics
- Experience building and scaling online communities and user engagement
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced English (C1+)
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in iGaming or other highly competitive digital niches
- Background in affiliate marketing or multi-market (global) growth
- Experience working in B2B2C or platform-based products
