Paralegal, Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Opening bank accounts and registering legal entities in Ukraine and abroad.
• Preparing and reviewing necessary legal documents.
• Cooperating with banks, governmental institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Providing consultations on corporate law and banking services.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in opening bank accounts and registering legal entities.
• Strong knowledge of Ukrainian legislation, and preferably international law.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
