Project Manager

About the Role

At Triangu, we are growing our infrastructure consulting practice (DevOps / SRE / Cloud / Observability) and are looking for a Project Manager to serve as a key liaison between our clients and engineering teams.This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a consulting environment, managing multiple clients, and operating within support-driven and managed services projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of projects in DevOps / SRE / Monitoring / Cloud domains
• Ensure stable delivery across:
  • managed services
  • support (L2/L3)
  • engineering initiatives
• Build and maintain detailed delivery plans, timelines, priorities, and dependency tracking
• Coordinate multiple DevOps / Cloud / Infrastructure projects and support streams in parallel
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients (EU/US)
• Facilitate regular communication, including sync meetings, status calls, and QBRs
• Manage client expectations, priorities, risks, and scope changes
• Monitor and help ensure compliance with SLA/SLO commitments
• Track delivery progress, blockers, risks, and action items across accounts
• Support incident, escalation, recovery, and service continuity coordination when needed
• Maintain and continue operational processes such as runbooks, reporting routines, and service follow-ups
• Apply suitable delivery methodologies depending on the project, support model, and client context

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT services, outsourcing, or consulting
• Experience managing multiple clients or parallel workstreams
• Good understanding of DevOps, Cloud, infrastructure, and support delivery
• Experience with managed services and support environments
• Ability to create structured delivery plans and maintain control in changing conditions
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid approaches
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Grafana, Datadog

• Understanding of incident management, service operations, and reporting

• Relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, AWS, etc.)
