About the Role  

We are looking for a Business Development Manager for acquiring new B2B clients, building a stable pipeline, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring long-term cooperation. 
This role works closely with operations but is accountable for sales results.

Key Responsibilities  

New Business Development

  • Identify and approach potential clients in import/export segments

  • Conduct meetings and present logistics solutions

  • Prepare commercial proposals in coordination with pricing and operations

  • Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts

  • Close deals and ensure structured handover to operations

Portfolio Growth

  • Develop assigned accounts and expand cooperation scope

  • Increase shipment volume and revenue per client

  • Monitor profitability of signed contracts

Market Focus

  • Track market pricing and competitor activity

  • Identify segments with growth potential

  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline and forecasting discipline

Qualifications  

  • Experience in freight forwarding sales or solid understanding of international transportation processes

  • Proven record of meeting sales targets

  • Ability to negotiate commercial terms with mid-sized and corporate clients

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Structured approach to pipeline management and reporting
