Intern Project Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Intern Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on challenges with confidence and initiative. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. If you have a natural drive for organization, problem-solving, and leadership, we want you on our team!

Requirements:
— Higher education (preferably in IT, management, or related fields); 
— Completion of project management courses; 
— Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.); 
— Familiarity with JIRA and general IT terminology; 
— Experience in creating documentation, manuals, or process descriptions; 
— Previous exposure to QA, development, or system administration; 
— Logical thinking and problem-solving skills; 
— Strong multitasking abilities and confidence in decision-making; 
— Independent, with strong communication and leadership skills; 
— Native Ukrainian and Upper-Intermediate+ English.

Responsibilities:
— Assisting in planning, organizing, and overseeing project execution; 
— Acting as a bridge between the team and clients, ensuring clear communication; 
— Managing project documentation and preparing reports; 
— Monitoring deadlines and ensuring the quality of task completion; 
— Identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies; 
— Contributing to the development and implementation of project management processes and tools.

Would be a plus:

• Participation in organizations like AIESEC.
• Experience in banking.
