We're   aibar.world — an AI bartender platform where guests scan a QR / open a Telegram bot, describe their mood & taste, and get a   personalized cocktail recipe + visual    We're partnering with bars across Ukraine

Now we're looking for a   creative SMM Manager in Lviv who loves Reels/TikTok, nightlife vibes, and building hype 

 What you'll do

• Run   TikTok + Instagram + Telegram Channel (Reels/Stories/Posts) 

• Create content that people can't stop watching (hooks, scripts, captions, trends)

• Plan and join shoots in bars (with bartenders, guests, atmosphere)

• Collect   UGC + repurpose into high-performing videos 

• Engage with the community (comments, DMs, vibe-check)

• Track results + improve weekly (views, retention, shares, saves, leads)

 What we're looking for

• 6+ months of SMM experience +   portfolio/cases (links required)

• Strong feel for   TikTok & Reels    (pacing, retention, trend-sense)

• Confident writing for Ukrainian audience?

• Editing/design skills:   CapCut / VN / Premiere +   Canva / Figma 

• Organized + proactive + fast execution 

Bonus points if you have:

• English: basic/intermediate+    (communication + simple captions when needed)

• HoReCa / nightlife / lifestyle experience 

• Influencers/creators & collabs experience 

• Funnel mindset (traffic > bot > demo/lead)
