Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct English language training using various teaching methodologies.
• Effectively utilize digital tools for educational purposes.
• Create customized English language programs for internal clients.
• Demonstrate strong self-organization in program planning and execution.
• Design and deliver engaging presentations.
• Showcase creativity and versatility in teaching methods.
• Develop and nurture an English Learners Community on the corporate social website.
• Maintain and update the training database.
• Perform level evaluations, translations, proofreading.
• Exhibit leadership skills with potential for a team lead role.
• Foster excellent communication skills within the learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Proficient English language skills.
• A Bachelor's or a Master’s degree in education, specializing in the English language.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for educational purposes.
• Strong administrative skills, including the ability to maintaining training databases, attendance sheets, etc.
• Proven experience in designing customized English language programs.
• Excellent self-organization and adherence to program plans.
• Comprehensive understanding of abilities and language proficiency levels.
• Proficiency in creating engaging and informative presentations.
• Demonstrated creativity and adaptability in teaching methods.

Good to have:

• Candidates with CELTA or TEFL certifications candidates will be given preference.
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or German is a plus.
• A Certificate in Language Coaching would be highly advantageous.
• Leadership skills are a bonus, with the potential for advancement to a team lead.
