Job Description

We are looking for an Intern for the Organization Development department to assist with various projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing our company's internal processes and fostering a positive work culture.

Responsibilities:

• Communication with different departments, collection, and analysis of information, reports providing;
• Participation in the improvement of the company’s business processes, and internal projects;
• Coordinating campaign on employees’ awareness of corporate policies, testing platform management;
• Assist with different administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Good oral and written English (upper-intermediate and higher level is required);
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel (use of formulas, pivot tables);
• Analytical mindset and attention to details;
• Tactfulness, ability to work with confidential information and meet deadlines.
