What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Accountant, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring financial clarity and compliance across multiple business entities within the BSI Lifestyle Group. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Monitor and oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Processing invoice payments and managing international transfers to suppliers via internal systems
• Preparing monthly and annual financial reports: accounts payable, receivable, and EU regulatory reporting
• Handling quarterly VAT returns with accuracy and timeliness
• Managing financial document flow and payment tracking with clients and partners
• Performing monthly reconciliations of Balance Sheet accounts
• Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets for internal financial reporting
• Issuing invoices and completion certificates to clients
• Producing regular reports on debtors and creditors
• Supporting financial operations for multiple entities within the group
• Identifying process improvement and automation opportunities
• Taking on additional responsibilities as you grow within the company

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in EU (in tourism or hospitality would be a plus)
• Deep understanding of IFRS
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas, etc.)
• Fluent in Ukrainian / Russian and English (verbal and written)
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data integrity
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Proactive and responsible, with a “can-do” attitude
