Secretary (Kyiv downtown)

We are seeking a Secretary for our office in Kyiv (Maidan area) who will:

• Respond to incoming inquiries and route them to responsible staff members
• Prepare documents using templates
• Answer phone calls
• Sort mail and forward it via email

Working Hours:

• Office-based position in Kyiv
• Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Requirements:

• Upper intermediate to fluent English proficiency
• Knowledge of a second language is an advantage
