HR Assistant/ Recruiter

Solid Software is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant/ Recruiter to join our team, to support daily HR operations and contribute to the recruitment process.

Since 2018, we have been building extensive expertise in cross-platform Flutter development. During this period, we have successfully delivered numerous projects, mastering the latest technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in an IT HR/Recruiting department;
• Responsible, results-oriented, and self-organized;
• Understanding of the full cycle of the recruitment process;
• Willingness to work and analyze high amounts of data;
• Understanding of candidate sourcing principles using the Boolean Search, ability to find candidates’ contacts via different channels, using sourcing tools;
• English level at least Intermediate;
• Attention to details;
• Creative thinking.

Please note that for this position, we are considering candidates based in Ukraine.

Would be a plus:

• Degree in HRM, psychology, computer science, and/or related subject;
• Completed IT recruiting courses.

What will you do?

• Our ideal HR assistant will help to support daily recruiting processes and become a right-hand partner in organizing HR work;
• Researching various types of information that can help the company’s business;
• Performing regular administrative tasks such as updating databases, coordinating important dates, sending reminders, etc.;
• Assisting in launching HR initiatives, including organizing team-building activities, corporate events, gifts, and merchandise;
• Supporting and implementing an effective recruitment strategy, keeping track of metrics, and reporting on progress;
• Communication with candidates at the initial stage, screening, selecting CVs, maintaining a talent database, and market analysis.
