Project Manager

Are you a highly skilled individual with excellent English communication abilities? We are seeking an enthusiastic Schedule Manager to join our team. This position entails regular communication with our internal US team, US suppliers, and client representatives. While most interactions will be written, the ideal candidate should feel comfortable engaging in verbal communication as well.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with the internal US team, US suppliers, and client representatives on a weekly (sometimes daily) basis. Ensure timely and accurate scheduling of project activities and deliverables. Collaborate with team members to maintain project timelines and milestones. Monitor project progress and make adjustments to schedules as needed. Provide regular updates and reports on project schedules to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal. Previous experience in construction is preferred but not required. Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday, Slack, Google Docs, and Tables. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of effective communication and collaboration.
