Logistics Recruiter

Sargent Logistics, Inc. is an American transportation and logistics company with a head office based in Chicago, IL. Our company provides transportation services throughout the US, with target markets in Washington, Oregon, California (South and North), the Midwest and East Coast.

We are looking for an Recruiter to join our team in the Kyiv office.

Requirements:

• experience on the similar position with US transportation company (1+ years);
• excellent verbal and written English skills;
• advanced communication skills;
• understanding of recruitment processes;
• desire to work and develop within HR Department.

Essential Functions:

• post vacancies and ads with job post on various platforms;
• actively source candidates and conduct the phone interviews;
• perform background check on selected candidates (MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse);
• request and check all neccessary drivers' documents;
• keep all the information in the system up-to-date;
• assist with office hires in case of necessity.

Work conditions:

• Office work at the Kyiv city center. Remote isn’t considered;
• Afternoon schedule: 15:00 — 00:00 (with one hour break to commute home at 9 PM).
