We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior General Ledger Accountant to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively mentor junior colleagues while leading the charge in managing complex client interactions and ensuring the robustness of our financial systems. • Mentor junior colleagues and be a go-to expert.
• Lead complex client calls.
• Maintain strong internal controls.
• Implement changes effectively within the team.
• Drive process improvements and standardization.
• Build positive client relationships for smooth payments.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4-5+ years in complex GL accounting.
• Knowledge: Advanced IFRS/US GAAP knowledge.
• Languages: Fluent English + German, French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese.
• Skills: Strong accounting software, Excel/Google tools, and enterprise system experience.
• Abilities: Results-oriented, with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; adaptable to changing priorities.
