We are looking for a Financial Services Controls (FS Controls) specialist to work within our team. This role will ensure compliance standards are met and internal control frameworks are improved in the financial services sector. Your experience and knowledge will be crucial to maintaining corporate governance and regulatory compliance. 

Work experience: from 0.5 to 2 years 

Main responsibilities: 

• Conduct audits and assessments related to compliance, risk management, and IT controls in the finance area. 

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of internal control structures and corporate governance. 

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX). 

• Work with financial systems and industry standards platforms to support control and compliance efforts. 

Required technical skills: 

• Experience in the financial industry, particularly in audit, compliance, risk management or IT controls. 

• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards. 

• Understanding internal control structures and corporate governance practices. 

• Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations would be an advantage. 

• Familiarity with financial systems and industry standard platforms. 

Other required skills: 

• Strong analytical skills. 

• Good communication skills. 

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 

• Fluent or confident command of English (from level B2). 

• Basic knowledge of Polish.
