Responsibilities:

• Active search for candidates through various channels: LinkedIn, social networks and other online platforms;
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidates according to requirements;
• Coordination and organization of interviews;
• Communication with candidates via mail;
• Managing the candidate database and keeping it up to date;
• Interaction with company managers to determine personnel needs;
• Preparation and placement of job advertisements;
• Collection and analysis of market information regarding personnel recruitment.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of English and German from level B2;
• Work experience in a recruiter or HRG position of at least 1 year;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Flexibility in work processes;
• High level of responsibility and organization;
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
