Junior Associate (Antitrust Practice)

INTEGRITES, a full-service law firm, is looking for a highly motivated Junior Associate to join our rapidly growing Antitrust and Competition Practice Group in Kyiv.

Requirements:

• recent graduate or a final year student;
• working experience as an intern/paralegal/junior associate (working experience with an international or a leading Ukrainian law firm is an advantage);
• fluency in Ukrainian, English, fluency in other foreign languages is an advantage;
• excellent analytical, research, and legal writing skills;
• self-motivation, excellent communication skills, result- and client-oriented approach, ability to work independently and in a team; 
• strong knowledge of MS office.

Key responsibilities: 

• carrying out legal research and legal analysis;
• assisting with drafting merger control and concerted practices filings;
• assisting with preparation of memoranda, legal opinions on a range of competition law issues;
• participating in business development, including preparation of legal alerts, publications and presentations; 
• analysis of court practice.
