Methodologist, Learning Design Manager

We are looking for an experienced Methodologist to lead the creation of tailored learning programs that help companies grow and develop their workforce. This is your chance to be part of a project that simplifies corporate training and drives real impact in the service sector.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of experience in designing training programs and courses;
• Deep knowledge of microlearning and its applications in corporate training;
• Experience working with companies in the service industry;
• Proficiency in English, with the ability to work directly with international clients;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with corporate stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop various learning solutions including microlearning, e-learning, instructional video, facilitator guides, and tools;
• Collaborate with corporate clients to design customized learning solutions;
• Apply the microlearning approach to create effective, adaptive educational content;
• Lead training projects for employees in the service sector;
• Support and enhance the MetaMinder platform, optimizing content to meet business demands.
