Who we are and what we do:

 We are a product IT company Disc Soft Ltd. For more than 20 years, we have been developing and promoting software for Windows, Mac OS, Android, and iOS.

 Only those who have never played computer games have not heard of the DAEMON Tools flagship product. And those who use an Xbox or DS controller know about our new program reWASD.

What we expect from the candidate:

  • Work experience in a similar position - from 1 year;

  • English level - not lower than Upper-Intermediate (written);

  • Possession of a PC at the level of a confident user;

  • Analytical mindset;

  • Attention to detail;

  • Stress resistance;

  • Willingness to work full-time;

  • Willingness to perform the test task.


Responsibilities:

  • Communication and help customers in various communication channels (tickets and chat);

  • Solving technical and financial issues;

  • Communication with the technical team;

  • Collecting customer feedback.

Will be a plus:

  • Knowledge of DAEMON Tools and reWASD products;

  • Passion for computer games;

  • Experience with ticket systems (Zendesk, Service Desk, etc.).
