What you can do for us:
Employer Branding
Maintain and grow our company social media presence (Facebook, Instagram).
Create engaging content – photos, short videos, and reels from office events and daily life.
Internal Communications
Send timely company-wide announcements about events, news, and updates.
Congratulate employees on birthdays and work anniversaries.
Team Events & Office Activities
Plan and organize team-building events – Cybersecurity Day, Christmas celebrations, movie clubs, and more.
Branded Merchandise
Assist with company branded products: vendor sourcing, contracts, payments, and quality control.
HR Administration & Systems
Maintain and update the HRM system: attendance tracking, employee data, and records.
Keep the internal knowledge base (policies, guidelines) up to date.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes within the HRM system.
Internship Program Support
Help plan events and lectures for our internship program.
Source candidates for upcoming internship cycles.
Conduct initial screening interviews with candidates.
Office & Asset Management
Handle delivery and dispatch of products and equipment between people and offices.
Maintain the photo archive, print pictures, and keep office visuals fresh and up to date.
Manage company asset inventory: laptops, monitors, cables, headphones, and other equipment.
Qualifications:
Student jobs or volunteering background is a plus
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Excellent organizational skills and a natural ability to juggle multiple tasks
Basic photo and video editing skills (Reels, short-form video content).
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
Proactive, hands-on approach – you get things done without being asked twice
English – intermediate level as a minimum
