As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented Social Media and Community Manager to join our dynamic team and help us connect with our players on a deeper level.

Job Description: We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media and Community Manager to develop and execute social media strategies, manage our online communities, and drive engagement across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the gaming industry, a knack for creating compelling content, and a proven track record of growing and nurturing online communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to community feedback, comments, and questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with our community across platforms such as Discord, Reddit, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to align social media content with game releases, updates, and promotional campaigns.
  • Organize and host community events, contests, and live streams to foster a strong community spirit.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to inform future strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform changes, and best practices in social media and community management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media and Community Manager, preferably within the gaming industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools, including analytics and scheduling software.
  • Ability to create engaging multimedia content tailored to various platforms.
  • Passion for gaming, particularly FPS games, with a deep understanding of gamer culture and trends.
  • Experience with community management tools and practices, including moderation and conflict resolution.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and innovate.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and collaboration.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
