We are looking for a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to identify new opportunities, attract clients, and increase sales. You can choose your sales channels and tools, customizing processes to fit your style. Our team will support you in negotiations, lead generation, and marketing.

Team Work Spirit specializes in comprehensive solutions in web development, architectural design, API integration, and DevOps support. We operate in the US and European markets, serving clients across various industries, including fintech, cloud monitoring systems, insurance, telemedicine, and professional communities. Our clients range from startups needing rapid product launch and scaling to mid-sized businesses and large enterprises requiring custom solutions, process optimization, enhanced engineering expertise, and reliable support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Execute the entire sales process from lead qualification to deal closure, while fostering client relationships and supporting ongoing interactions.
  • Negotiations: Conduct meetings and negotiate with potential clients, leveraging persuasive skills to secure agreements.
  • Channel Selection: Identify and utilize effective sales channels such as inbound, outbound, Upwork, and referrals, adapting approaches based on market needs and team resources.
  • Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Support: Understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional post-sale service to maintain long-term relationships.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with management, engineers, marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment throughout all sales stages.Candidate Requirements:
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use analytical skills to promote our web development and IT outsourcing services. Analyze sales data and generate reports to enhance future actions.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: Background in sales/business development within software development/DevOps engineering. (B2B Sales Knowledge/US and European markets)
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent negotiation abilities. Fluent or upper-intermediate English.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with sales analysis tools, marketing automation, communication platforms, and process management systems. Basic understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), project management in IT, and familiarity with technical terminology, including DevOps, CI/CD, technology stack, programming languages, and cloud solutions.
  • Soft Skills: Proactive, easy-going, and result-oriented.
