The company has developed a program called Company Bootcamp, which allows you to gain the necessary knowledge and practical skills required for each project. You’ll not only study but also apply organizational and technical regulations in practice. Whether you have 7 or 15 years of experience, you will still learn something new during the onboarding stage. If you are a Starter or Junior, this program will become an intensive training for you. After successfully completing the onboarding and starting your collaboration with us, you will receive a PDP (Personal Development Plan). Your PM will help you plan your further growth and learning during your free time. Additionally, you will gain expertise in a variety of technologies depending on the projects you are assigned to. We also offer English courses twice a week.
