DigitalSuits is looking for a motivated IT Researcher to join our results-driven recruiting team. You’ll be responsible for sourcing and identifying top IT talent across various roles, using both traditional and innovative tools.
In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced recruiters to refine sourcing strategies and improve hiring processes. We value passion for technology, a sharp eye for talent, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Completed IT recruiting courses
- Knowledge of basic candidate search tools (X-Ray, Boolean search and more)
- Quick learner and self-organization
- Focus on the result of work
- Attention to details
- Strong Intermediate English level or higher
Responsibilities
- Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancies requirements using several channels for a variety of roles across the business from entry to senior-level positions
- Review resumes for requirements and pre-screen of candidates
- Managing of candidate’s database, reports
- Cooperate with Recruiters to understand talent needs

- Work experience in a similar position from 2 months
- Basic technical literacy in IT
- Good research skills (understanding and hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, Github, Indeed, etc.)
