What you will be doing as Deputy Chief Accountant in Kyiv?

• Prepare the statutory reports, VAT & CIT declarations,
• Manage the statutory and tax audit, ensure that there are no material findings,
• Participate in month end closings, work closely with team to be able to submit the reporting package in time,
• Prepare and reconcile the bridge between Tax and Local GAAP result,
• Ensure that local accounting rules are followed, solve any accounting issue,
• Provide the data for the monthly, and quarterly intercompany recharge invoices,
• Support the USGAAP audit,
• Support every department in accounting issues,
• Ensure SOX and internal controls compliance in the area of responsibility,
• Sufficient document flow and documents approvals and signing process.

What do we expect from our future Deputy Chief Accountant?

• Minimum 3 year of experience in similar position/area,
• Intermediate level of spoken and written English,
• Experience in managing internal and external audits,
• SAP FI knowledge, general knowledge of other SAP modules, MS Office (Excel),
• Communicative and problem solving approach.
