Junior Business Analyst

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions in our modern telecom platform development. You'll work with stakeholders across the organization to define requirements, optimize processes, and ensure our enterprise telecom applications deliver maximum business value. Consider candidates only from Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Rivne with a possibility to work remotely.  

Your Profile

• 1+ years of commercial experience (mobile operators, ISPs, or telecom vendors)
• English Level - Upper Intermediate must have
• Familiarity with billing systems, CRM, order management, service provisioning
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar BA tools
• SQL skills, experience with telecom metrics and reporting
• Agile/Scrum experience, knowledge of TOGAF or TMForum frameworks preferred
• Strong technical writing skills for BRDs, FRDs, and process flows
• Proven ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences 

Your Role

• Gather and analyze requirements from telecom operators, enterprise clients, and internal stakeholders
• Document business processes for BSS/OSS systems including billing, provisioning, and network operations
• Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
• Analyze telecom industry trends and regulatory requirements to inform product roadmap
• Map customer journeys and identify opportunities for service improvement
• Conduct gap analysis between current and desired state of telecom services
• Facilitate workshops with network engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders
• Define KPIs and success metrics for telecom solutions
• Support UAT planning and coordinate testing with business users
• Manage requirements traceability and change requests throughout project lifecycle
