Romexsoft is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lawyer to join our team part-time (4 hours per day) and provide expert legal support across a range of corporate and commercial matters.
Responsibilities:
- legal support for the company in external relations with clients and other regulatory authorities
- verification of counterparties, their legal status, signatory authority of their representatives, and absence of sanctions or other restrictions against them
- legal support for the company in internal operations and business organization, communication with state authorities, consulting for management and staff
- preparation and oversight of contract drafting with clients, employees, and other contractors
- handling employment relations, working with individual entrepreneurs (FOP) and gig contracts
- involvement in determining and developing the optimal corporate and financial-tax structure of the business
- collaboration with other departments of the company such as HR, finance, marketing, sales, and security in solving specific legal tasks
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position
- civil and commercial law related to contract work
