Key responsibilities:

• Prepares loan applications for corporate with high average complexity, including Agri files and long tem loans
• As part of the loan application process, meeting / conference calls with corporate business clients are held.
• Requests and processes borrower answers as part of the loan application process
• Sends for approval and responds to risk management questions on prepared loan applications
• Assesses the justification of structure and amount of credit request. Prepares the credit application for consideration by the RM, risk management and credit committee
• Does the credit analysis of the Borrower, the Group of Companies and its ability to service / repay the loan according to the requested conditions
• Makes recommendations to the credit committee for approving / renewing loans and / or changing their structure of the credit facility
• Reports and makes recommendations to the credit committee
• Additionally trains junior colleagues of basics financial analysis and credit risk assessment methods
• Additionally takes part and propose simplification/optimization of credit process initiatives

Requirements:

• Requirements for the number of loan applications (2-4 applications per month)
• Speed: up to 1 week for easy files, up to 2 week for complicated ones
• Agility and stress-resistance, readiness to accept new ideas and changer
• Remote working from home possibility
