Are you eager to take on an exciting opportunity as a Junior HR Business Partner for the Audit Department (maternity leave position)?

In this role, you will become an integral member of our dedicated People, Performance&Culture team, where you will play a crucial part in supporting our Audit Department. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring that our HR strategies align with our overall business objectives, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes engagement and productivity. You are going to deal with:

    • Consult with management of Audit department and provide daily HR guidance
    • Analyzing trends and metrics in partnership with the People Performance&Culture group to develop solutions, programs, and policies
    • Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
    • Coordinating complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations
    • Analyze trends and metrics with the People, Performance&Culture department
    • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
    • Identify training needs for teams and individuals

What You'll contribute:

    • Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner at less 1 year
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
    • Analytical and goal oriented personality
    • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
    • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
    • Good understanding of all HR functions and best practices
