Responsibilities

  • Provides support to a Bid Manager, Markets Department, and Lead Partners in Business Units with preparation of bidding documents and in the course of the bidding process
  • Assists team members in preparation of presentations, proposals and pitch documents
  • Discusses the approach to site visits and presentations, supports the team in creating the content and sharing best practices, and arranges rehearsals for the teams, as appropriate.
  • Prepares the competitors' analysis on a monthly basis (e.g. updates on proposal activities, etc.)
  • Providing support with preparation of bidding documents and during the bidding process.
  • Assisting team members in preparation of presentations, proposals, and pitch documents.
  • Supporting business units and team members with data collection, analysis, and interpretation.

 Requirements

  • 1,5-2 years of experience in administrative positions 
  • University degree in English, communication, journalism or related field.
  • High level of written English 
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships. 
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other word-processing documents.
