We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strong negotiator, a proactive business partner for clients, and an analytical thinker capable of driving growth and maintaining long-term relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
Conduct effective negotiations with clients and maintain strong business relationships;
Manage and develop the product assortment, including new products and brands;
Conclude contracts with wholesale and retail partners and ensure their further follow-up;
Prepare and renew annual contracts with customers;
Develop and implement promotional activities in collaboration with clients;
Actively participate in strategy development and ensure successful implementation;
Prepare and present regular reports to Group HQ as required;
Conduct sales analysis and prepare sales forecasts on a regular basis;
Implement and monitor marketing and promotional programs developed together with the Marketing Department and Supervisor;
Monitor and analyze retail and wholesale pricing;
Provide recommendations to improve sales and product distribution;
Support clients in organizing and developing their own sales and commercial structures;
Perform regular visits to retail stores.
Main Requirements:
University degree;
3+ years of professional experience in a similar position;
Strong understanding of market structure, sales channels, and key customers;
Excellent negotiation skills;
Strong product knowledge;
Advanced analytical skills;
Good command of English (В1+);
Proficient MS Office user.
