Basic requirements:
- Knowledge of English (intermediate level);
- Work experience in the field of personnel management of at least 3 years;
- Knowledge of military record keeping;
- Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine;
- Higher education;
- Confident PC user (MS Office, Outlook).

Main responsibilities:
- Be responsible for high-quality personnel selection in accordance with the company's corporate policy;
- Study the competitor market and analyze it;
- Conduct an exit interview with employees who have decided to leave the company, analyze the reasons and inform their manager about them in a timely manner;
- Take full responsibility for the onboarding process in the company;
- Military record keeping;
- Participate in organizing and conducting social and strategic events for employees.
