Production engineer

Today KOSTAL Ukraine is a direct supplier of automotive components for different famous manufactures like a Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, Skoda, Seat, Ford, Tesla, Mercedes-Benz Group, BMW, Renault and others.

For further development we are looking for experienced candidates to fill the position of Production Engineer.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Represents Production Engineering domain in projects (incl. international) within the defined project framework Quality-Cost-Time and functional responsibilities;
• Leads effective and efficient measures to fulfil functional project targets;
• Responsible for the execution of the project within the defined management methods, processes and standards at KOSTAL;
• Participates in products designing and lead their manufacturing feasibility evaluation;
• Develops of production processes and creating of correspondent documentation;
• Develops of technical requirements for production equipment, technological rigs and infrastructure for production processes;
• Calculates of needed efforts for industrialization of production process and executes control;
• Coordinates preparation to commissioning and responsible for validation of production processes;
• Contributes of new processes and products launching in serial production;
• Participates in products analysis, improvement measures definition, engineering changes, projects of optimizations etc.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education in engineering (mechanics or industrial engineering);
• Knowledge of technologies: mechanical engineering, instrumentation, electronics, metal processing processes;
• Work experience at industrial enterprise;
• Professional PC skills (MS Office, CAD programs, etc.);
• Spoken and technical English skills - B2 level;
• Responsibility, proactivity, teamwork, resistance to stressful situations.
