Portuguese sales manager

We are looking for exceptional Portuguese-speaking sales agents, someone motivated and determined, doesn’t take no for an answer. Able to use logic and understanding, present the product knowledge clearly and efficiently, while keeping the client engaged at every step.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is more than just a telemarketing position. It’s more than just earning a living. If you work for us, you’ll be challenged to push yourself every day. On any given day, you will be expected to:

• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and other Key Performance areas.
• Manage outbound contacts to international customer base for a professional product.
• Educate potential clients on specific process and services related to product.
• Qualifying and converting leads to sales on a daily basis
• Liaise with clients in a highly professional manner.
• Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Manage leads effectively and consistently, meet or exceed allocated daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Consistently meet or exceed Quality Assurance benchmarks.
• We know it’s a tall order, but for the caliber candidate we’re looking for it will be a delicious challenge.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates who are fluent in both English and Portuguese.
• Ambitious individuals who can work towards their goals with dedication and consistency.
• Someone who is determined, can rise up to a challenge and continue to meet their goals, work hard no matter what. We are not looking for anyone who would like to “test” the waters.
• Fluency in English with a good telephone manner is essential. If you really want to impress us, show off an American accent!
