Your Duties Would Include:
2/2 working schedule, 12-hour shifts
Answering inquiries (written communication only)
Identifying problems and escalating them to the respective departments
Working with CRM systems and admin panel
Our Best Candidate:
Is proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
Is polite and flexible
Has great written communication skills
Knows how to handle objections and persuade clients
