Lighting Engineer for Data Center, Remote

Remote job.  Location — Ukraine preferred.

What will you do:

• Prepare the engineering calculation of illumination of interior and exterior areas (with software Dialux, Elumtool, etc.)
• Select the lighting devices for indoor and outdoor lighting
• Draw up the mounting details of lighting devices
• Draw up lighting control schemes
• Determine and expedite engineering deliverables for projects
• Develop and maintain the project scope of work documentation and revisions as required during the design evolution
• Use BIM tools to virtually construct the lighting systems and coordinate with other disciplines with tools such as Autodesk Revit.

What we expect:

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Proven expertise as an Electrical Engineer or Lighting Engineer
• Written and spoken English B1 and higher
• Experience in electrical design for industrial, residential, and commercial sectors, in medium voltage and low voltage distribution, lighting, grounding and lightning protection
• Hands-on experience using BIM tools and software such as Revit
• Deep knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes
• Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Self-starters that are ambitious and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
• Excellent communication skills
