IT Systems Administrator

Ehvert Inc. is actively looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join our team.

We design massive data centers for the world’s largest cloud providers and tech leaders. We design and, in many cases, manage the construction process of the facility including the complex electrical, mechanical, automation and security systems to power, cool and secure the large number of computers that are housed in these facilities.

What will you do:

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including cloud emvironment, hardware, software, and networks
• Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Creation, administration and updating of user accounts with Microsoft package software
• Participate in the implementation of new software products
• Submit requests for obtaining licenses for various programs (Autodesk Revit, Bluebeam, Revizto, Elumtools, SKM, Dialux, Tekla, and other) for users
• Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed
• Monitor network performance and security, and implement measures to ensure data protection
• Manage user accounts and permissions, and ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement IT solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and make recommendations for upgrades and improvements

What we expect:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus
• Good (minimum B1 and higher) written and verbal English skills 
• 3+ years of experience in IT administration or a related field
• Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Experience with cloud computing services such as AWS or Azure
• Experience in system management for MS SQL Server or Oracle Server is an asset
• Experience and skills in remote administration of systems using appropriate tools and methods of secure access, like Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory 
• Desirable knowledge of general aspects of software licensing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
