Designer (General Design, Motion Graphics)

Job Description

FueledBy is seeking a skilled Video and Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team, video producers, and other essential stakeholders to devise and create premier video content that supports our branding goals for both web and mobile platforms. This position involves producing creative short mp4s and GIFs aligned with our campaign strategies.

Responsibilities include a strong proficiency in clipping, cropping, and preparing digital assets for daily email campaigns and ecommerce platforms.

We are looking for a creative, self-motivated professional who excels in managing tight deadlines and can efficiently handle tasks both independently and collaboratively. Please review the position requirements carefully.

THIS POSITION REQUIRES  (3 STEPS)

1. Must Provide a link to current artwork portfolio 

• Showing video creation and edits

• Gif creation of assets and finished product 

• Template / Campaign layouts for email 

• Web layouts 

1. Attend an Interview (via Skype)

2. Complete a test illustration  

General Qualifications:

• 3-4 years minimum experience as a Motion Graphics Designer

• Video and Motion Graphics editing skills are a plus. Ability to handle all aspects of post production from Video Editing, Motion Graphics and Design. Including creation of Animated Infographics, Storyboards and all Post-Production Creative Design.

• Experience and knowledge with common Video/Motion design tools Adobe After Effects, Premiere is a Plus.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator and Photoshop, Social Media Platforms

• At least three years of experience as a designer producing materials across multi-media campaigns; proficient in the use of software design programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator.

• Strong creative and design skills with an «eye for design» to develop original concepts and overall layout

• Enthusiasm for their work and willing to put in longer hours as required

• Storyboarding and design skills

• Excellent attention to detail and creative communications skills in English

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Responsibilities

• Design and execute original graphics and visual effects .

• Video post-production and motion graphics editing best practices

• Demonstrated project management skills in a deadline-driven environment

• Design, animate, and post-produce video segments on a wide array of social media networks

• Serve as a «go-to resource» for design tips and tricks and best practices to drive efficiencies with project execution and turnaround time

• Collaborative, team player who works well in a team and across departments
