IT Support Specialist

Must-have:

• 2+ years of experience in IT/System Administration
• Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
• Knowledge of networking, VPN, and access management
• Understanding of IT security best practices

Responsibilities

• Administer internal IT infrastructure (workstations, networks, VPN, corporate services)
• Provide user support (onboarding/offboarding, access management, devices)
• Manage cloud and internal tools (Google Workspace, MDM, identity systems, etc.)
• Support compliance and certification requirements (ISO, SOC, internal policies)
• Troubleshoot incidents and improve IT processes
