Patient Care Coordinator (night shift)

Position Title:  Patient Care Coordinator (PCC)  

This position involves handling outgoing calls, educating patients on the use of compounding medications, verifying necessary information for prescription processing, and providing excellent customer service to support patient care. 

 Essential Functions:   

Call the patient regarding their initial prescriptions to educate patients on how to properly use compounding medications, collect and verify all necessary information for the compounds to be produced and sent to the patient, if required, obtain payments over the phone and process transactions.  

Making follow up calls. Conduct follow-up calls to check on patients’ progress with their treatment and address any concerns; conduct a treatment effectiveness survey interview, ensure patients are satisfied with their medication and help if needed.  

If necessary, contact the pharmacist for further consultation. Provide translation services between the pharmacist and patient to ensure clear communication.

Track and document patients’ progress and concerns.

Taxi, back way, office - home is covered by company.

Work conditions:

Office, Mon - Fri, night shift 8pm -4am
