Senior Affiliate Manager

We are looking for a Middle+ /Senior Affiliate manager!

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain customer relationships in order to understand their needs and business priorities;
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain existing affiliates and acquire new affiliates;
• Handle business deal tracking, monitoring, closing, and other related activities as needed;
• Coordinate with various teams to address affiliate needs in an accurate and timely manner;
• Perform new affiliate acquisition through research, referrals, networking, affiliate events data feeds, and emails;
• Hit the affiliate potential targets in all markets measured by ROI and FTDs;
• Collaborate with management team to execute and close new affiliate deals;
• Recommend improvements to increase revenue targets;
• Monitor, analyse and optimise the performance of campaigns;
• Identify and resolve issues before they affect campaigns;
• Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities;

Qualifications:

• Experience in iGaming;
• Experienced in account management, high communicative skills;
• Proactive and strategic mindset that allows to anticipate and solve issues before they become problems;
• Ability to collect and analyse information, evaluate options, and make decisions;
• Great time management skills and ability to meet the short deadlines;
• Strong organisational skills and attention to details;
• Ability to work in a multi-tasking atmosphere;
• Desire to learn and progress.
