AB InBev Efes Ukraine, World’s largest brewing company, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing the Marketing Director
Main accountabilities:
- Lead marketing part in annual 3-year and 1-year planning cycle process to set and define brand priorities and plans, through planning, analysis, and thought leadership;
- Lead the development of the Brands/portfolio strategic plans to strengthen company position & ensure long-term, sustainable success on the market;
- Lead the creation and implementation of Innovation opportunities, projecting market trends, including industrial and technological developments, consumer behavior, macroeconomic indicators, and the behavior of mass media;
- Mentor and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance;
- Lead Marketing resource allocation process to adequately support brand plans and drive commercial integration behind key priorities;
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to ensure ABInbev Efes remains innovative and adaptive;
- Analyze and evaluate problems and development trends in the field of marketing;
- Cooperate with representatives of the sales, supply and other departments in order to achieve the company goals and objectives. Initiate contacts with advertising agencies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing 10+ years;
- At least 3 to 5 years of management experience;
- Master's degree in marketing or a related field;
- Proven track record of successfully building and managing iconic brands;
- Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels;
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights;
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Experience in media (traditional, & digital) and brand activations;
- Strategic thinking and orientation on results;
- Advanced English.
