Customer Support Manager

WebIdeas Partners – in Kyiv, is based in Los Angeles, California USA.  An Internet Venture, Investment & Management company focused on e-commerce for both pure internet activity and online product sales.

We’re looking for a Customer Support Manager who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, email or chat.
• Identify customer needs and help them use specific features.
• Analyze and report product malfunctions, such as by testing different scenarios or impersonating users.
• Update internal databases with technical issue information and useful discussions with customers.
• Monitor customer complaints on social media, offering assistance as needed.
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
• Inform clients about new features and functionalities.
• Follow up to ensure resolution of technical issues and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Collect customer feedback and relay it to Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Participate in the training of junior Customer Support Representatives.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

We WILL train you to do the job if you have good intelligence and good cognitive skills.

Requirements:

• A high level of written and spoken English.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
• Good ability to determine, and understand a problem and quick ability to take the knowledge we help you learn – and relay it to the customer to assist them. 
• Organized and able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Resilient, punctuality, positive, responsive, and seek to help others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attentive to details and ability to multitask.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday 9:00 to 18:00 but we have some flexibility.

Pay:

Starting Pay $725 based on qualifications and experience. You are paid normal salary during probation period. Probation is 60 days. After successful probation you will receive a pay raise and also get benefits, club membership paid, paid sick and holiday, and stock and options ownership interest in the companies you help build.
