Sales Manager / Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/f/d)
Nova Post is part of the international NOVA Group, providing logistics, financial, and IT services worldwide. With Ukrainian roots and the largest logistics infrastructure in Ukraine, we are rapidly expanding across Europe.
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to join our Berlin team and drive our growth in the German market.
Main Responsibilities
Full Sales Cycle: Managing the entire process from lead acquisition to contract signing.
Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients, conducting cold calls, attending events, and managing referrals.
Presentations & Negotiations: Conducting online and offline meetings, presenting company services effectively, and handling objections.
Commercial Proposals: Preparing tailored individual offers and handling terms negotiations.
CRM Management: Updating the sales pipeline, managing qualified leads, and preparing reports.
Client Handover: Collaborating with the account management team for a smooth client handover after deal closure.
Key RequirementsExperience: 2+ years of B2B sales experience (background in logistics, CEP, or freight forwarding is a plus).
Languages: English and German proficiency at B2/C1 level or higher is mandatory.
Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
Qualities: Independence, quick learning ability, and readiness for new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
