The professional team of the Global E-Com Division is looking for a Business Development Representative to join us!

Required expertise:
Professional Skills:

• At least 1 year of experience in lead generation
• Experience with outreach tools such as Apollo, WeConnect, etc.
• Experience working with CRM systems
• English proficiency at B1-B2 level
• Business communication skills with clients

Personal Skills:

• Results-oriented, with a structured and systematic approach to tasks
• Ability to build long-term business relationships and maintain communication
• Practical experience working in a multitasking environment
• Structured and process-oriented thinking
• Analytical mindset
• Proactive attitude and openness to new experiences

Responsibilities:

• Have detailed knowledge of the Nova Global offering
• Identify pain and understand the needs of the potential clients based on ICP criteria
• Reach out to prospects through various channels to schedule meetings for BDM
• Work closely and collaboratively with the BDM in prospecting and strategizing big accounts
• Support the Sales team to attain revenue goals by scheduling meetings with outbound leads
• Qualifying new leads: This is your nr 1 task! You'll use your own sales qualification framework to ensure leads meet the criteria required to move forward in our sales funnel
• Leverage tools like Apollo, Weconnect, and Similarweb to automate outreach and lead prospecting
• Focus on enhancing and enriching our custom CRM
• Be an important member of the team whose insights matter
